Welcome to CarryVala via our website/app. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Description

CarryVala provides a logistics platform connecting users who need items delivered ("Users") with independent delivery partners ("Riders"). We act as an intermediary and do not directly own the delivery vehicles or items being transported.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate pickup and delivery details.
• You warrant that the items being delivered are not illegal, hazardous, or prohibited by law.
• You are responsible for properly packing items to prevent damage during transit.
• CarryVala is not liable for damage to poorly packed items.

3. Pricing, Payments and Refunds

Pricing for deliveries is calculated based on distance and package weight, and is clearly displayed at checkout before payment. For daily subscribers, pricing is based on selected monthly plans.

Payments must be made securely through our platform or via approved methods (e.g., UPI QR). Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

CarryVala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
